In June, Deft Research published the 2016 Individual Market Member Experience Study, the results of a national survey of 5,240 consumers aged 19-64 who purchased an Individual health insurance plan during the 2015/2016 Open Enrollment Period (OEP). The goal of the study was to provide health insurance carriers with a deeper assessment of the member experience as it relates to quality standards set forth by the Affordable Care Act.
